AJ's Holistic and Complementary Therapy is a mobile therapy, offering Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki & Crystal Healing, Hopi Ear, Meditation and Relaxation and even Manicures and Pedicures. I use Tibetan Singing Bowls for sound and vibrational therapy,

All can be performed at my home or in the comfort of your own home, be it private, residential or even in your place of work.

I have just qualified as a Tai Chi teacher, so new classes will be starting soon

As a member of the " Federation of Holistic Therapists" for the last forteen years you can be sure all the relevant paperwork is in place and DBS checks are up to date.

A massage is without doubt a wonderful experience; the feeling of touch is one of the most reassuring things in the world, especially for people with age related disorders, stress related illness or mental health problems.
It is extremely good for stress, not only mentally but emotionally and physically as well. Stress is blamed for so many illnesses that the call for touch therapy is continuously rising. Massage has the power to relax, heal and help release emotional tension without the aid of harsh modern day drugs.

A bit about myself:

My name is Amanda Jacob and I have lived in North Wales for nearly 17 years

I got my first qualification in Holistic and Complementary in 1997 and have continued learning ever since.

I started running my own business - AJ's Holistic & Complementary Therapy (AJ's H&C Therapy for short) in 2009 and it continues to grow from strength to strength.

I am qualified in Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear, Manicures and Pedicures.

In 2020 I completed a sound therapy course with Tibetan Singing Bowls, and since 2022 I have been training to be a T'ai Chi and Qigong instructor.

I have been a Reiki Master since 2008 and enjoy working with Healing energy and Crystals.

I am also a Meditation group leader

I worked at our local Hospice for a while but as my business grew I had to make a choice, so I decided to follow my dream and grow my business.
